My Goals
Short - Term Goals
1. Lose 50 pounds before school starts back on August 15, 2011
2. Fit into my bathing suit
3. Excercise six days a week at least 30 minutes
4. Ride a bike
5. Be able to sit in a chair in public and not be afraid of breaking it
6. Play with my daughter without being too tired, or winded
7. Finish Associate Nursing (RN) 2 semesters left
8. Get below 300lbs
9. Stay on track of my eating and excersing.
10. Go down two uniform sizes before school starts (Aug 15)
Long - Term Goals
1. Lose 234 Pounds
2. Go to beach with my daughter
3. Take a famliy vacation
4. Fly in a plane
5. Take a cruise Alaska
6. Be healthy and active
7. Go to a theme park and fit in the rides
8. Shop for clothes at an outlet
9. Go to whatever concerts I desire and not worry about fitting in seat
10. Go to mountains and go on several hikes
11. Get a wonderful job nursing
12. Build a home with a HUGE kitchen and bathroom
13. Maintain my weightloss and health
