So today has been an okay day, ate more than my points which was not good, so I guess I should work my butt off tonight before bed. I think that tonight I am going to do Richard Simmons Sweating to the Oldies part one, (I love those workouts!!) and then I will hop on the tredmil for about a 1/2 mile and do some abs on the floor and stretching. I know what I want and that is to lose weight and the only way that I am going to get to that is if I do somethings that I don't want to do. I am going to change my BL workout to 3 times a week so that I will have a chance to get some other things in, so I don't get bored with my routines.
I wish that I wasn't stuck in the house ALL day with my 18 month old daughter. And the past couple of days the heat has been so overwhelming that you just can't stand it out. If it wasn't for the humidity it wouln't be that bad. I would love to get out to the park and walk/run and just do things outside. Go run up the stairs at the local high school stadium (or at least walk) but you can't stand it out there. I really can't wait until the fall. I will be outside when I am not doing school work. I can get at least an hour in somehow someway.
Well, it's about that time, and I don't want to workout, but oh well, that's the only way that the weight is going to come off.
388....That number glared at me from the scale and I wanted to crumble. Food, you will not take my life from me, from now on, I am controlling you!!!
